Prescription of the week - March
Detoxify and purify during the Lent with tissue salts:
Springtime is a good time to detoxify and to purify with the help of a lot of liquid (water and tea), changed food rich in bases, increased movement and just the tissue-salts:
Tissue-salts No. 3, Ferrum phosphoricum D6, for the cell decontamination
tissue-salt No. 4, Potassium chloratum D6 is an important decontamination means and solves exudations.
tissue-salts No. 6, Potassium sulfuricum D6, detoxifies and strengthens the liver.
Tissue-salt No. 9, Sodium phoshoricum D6, binds the acids and eliminates them.
Tissue-salts No. 10, Sodium sulfuricum D6, is the most important elimination means.
Tissue salt No. 11, Silicea D12, solves old depositions, so that they can be eliminated.
The traditional intake recommendation after Dr. Schuessler would be:
3x daily 2 tablets melt away in the mouth.
In our "modern and hectic" time we often have to compromise.
In addition still another prescription of the naturopathy with Tissue salt:
Dissolve the entire daily amount of all (!!) tissue-salts in a 1 litre - thermos flask with hot water and drink the solved tissue salts over the day evenly distributed.
Same is also recommended during a Lent!
Colds
For each just beginning cold, infectious inflammation this prescription of the naturopathy:
1st day:
Tissue salt No. 3 Ferrum phosphoricum D12
all 30 min. 1 tablet melt away in the mouth.
2nd day:
Tissue-salts No. 3 Ferrum phosphoricum D12 and
Tissue salt No. 4 Potassium chloratum D6
in the hourly change
1 tablet melt away in the mouth.
Tissue-salts No. 4 Potassium chloratum D6 is the inflammation means of the 2-nd level.
If a cold or seclusions (whitish colouring) already exist, then
Tissue-salt No. 8 Sodium chloratum. It regulates the water household.
Then according to course of the illness and the symptoms would be used:
Tissue salts No. 6 Potassium sulfuricum, if cough or a cold persist longer, thus are already chronic and the seclusions have changed to a yellow colouring.
If temperature, cough and bad general condition remain several days without noticeable positive variations, consult immediately your physician!
Important note:
All Tissue salts prescriptions are successfully in daily practice established. Nevertheless - use it always only after consultation with your physician.
