Reflexology

The American EUNICE INGHAM is the founder of the Reflexology, as we use her today. For becoming known this method in the German-speaking countries 1975 two pupils of it provided. There is the Hanne Marquardt and Hedi Masafret.

The method Reflexology be based on it that it for each organ, for which spinal column, which can joints, for which an appropriate zone at the foot gives sensory organs to etc., by which influence on the body area concerned be taken.

The massage of the foot zones with the Reflexology leads to the improved blood circulation, to the relaxation and helps the body, from cinders, which each illness leaves, in the fabric, to free itself. Thus the way smoothed to the improved supply of nutrients, improved blood circulation, improved warming up. That again is the condition for regeneration, the activation of the self healing forces and that again is the beginning for reorganization.

In the long run it is in each case the body, which can achieve that. We help it with the Reflexology on its way there. The self healing forces thereby exactly the same supported, as the body needs it, over again balanced and harmoniously "function". If the body is well, we are also mentally balanced and have a clear spirit.

Since it concerns here interrelations between body area and foot zone, which we use, it is not only possible to take regenerating by a Reflexology influence. Also loading effects by to close shoes or anomalies of foot, like descending or spreading foot, have unfavorable influence on the feet, on the body, on our health. By to close shoes e.g. the head area and the shoulder belt are permanently provoked. Thus headache and spannings can be released or appeared as therapy resistant. To a not insignificant part alone already by the fact that always an attraction affects the foot zone.

But even if there are no complaints, a Reflexology does well and serves for to the well-being and healthy attitude.
