The Drawidic Ayurveda is the oldest welfare method of the world. It was developed by the Drawidics, a group of peoples from south India, before six and a half thousand years.
The remarkable to it is that it concerns a medicine, which was developed by women and therefore a receiving element has. Ayurveda is called freely translates: The knowledge (veda) of the life (Ayus).
The Ayurvedi teachings understand themselves as master root of all welfare systems and define themselves as
"The wisdom of the body to remember its health receiving."
It holds since its existence to the fact that medicine must be always precaution, which circles around humans and not around its illness. The Ayurveda understands itself rather as a life concept, which does not only want to prevent and/or heal diseases contrary to western systems, but tried, to give a simple and comprehensive answer to the question about the sense of the life.
Illness is rated in the Ayurveda as an indication of the fact that humans came from his mental/mental equilibrium, which finds its expression in the consequence in a physical symptom. This again indicates, where humans have his weaknesses. The symptoms are subject thereby to a certain order and depend among other things much on the energetic condition of humans:
S go to IE from the outside inward, from unimportant organs to vital organs.
Thus e.g. of the skin and things of appendix of skin (e.g. fingernails or hair) to more important organs such as intestine and stomach or in the final phase to the heart or into the brain. These are organs, at which the medicine can cause few by operations.
The Drawidics had at that time already a thought out system of the medicine. That showed up e.g. in the building method of the houses with the characteristic open roof terrace, on which one treated. This kind, of building is also still in the today's time maintained those humans used the solar power, over on certain Akupunkture - to influence points of the body. Since the climate is damp/hot in the southern India, it was used also for many applications of sweating. That is today still a popular possibility around "Ama", the waste of the body of out-transmitting. But also hot water hot springs were inserted in the house, so that humans had Saunen and dampfbaeder and also regularly used.
Water was also plentifully, special a very important element, that in some areas in that Monsoon time, was present. Washing are for the Indian not only hygiene, but also a ritual of the eight-SAMNESS. Up to the today's day one does not enter a house from politeness with shoes. With the sun treatments and washing flower essence and homeopathic means were added. One manufactured special oils, whereby the selection of the oil depended on the type of constitution of humans and could affect ill organs and systems be effect so completely purposeful.
Oil was very precious, so that only realms could deal with the existing oil in the abundance. To arms other ways had to find, in order to use the effect of the oil, e.g. in the form of oil-soaked rags, which were presented on certain points. In addition one caught the oil again carefully up, cleaned it and used it for the same patient or for itself again.
Further to the therapy in addition, stones were used. They were cleaned, energetisiert and put (also in connection with blooms) on the Chakren. With some treatments the stones in addition, taken to powder zermalen and orally. Likewise one carried certain stones as decoration, in order to be continuously suspended the effect of the stones during the stretcher time.
Carrying stone decoration is today still much likes. One measures special welfare meaning a combination of nine jewels zu.Ausserdem attached one importance to also include certain points of reflex of the body into the treatment (e.g. at the foot, at the hands, the ears and at the back.)
"One finds everything that is to be found in the small one, also in the large one and turned around".
This is an important, fundamental thought in the Ayurveda . At the feet there were different treatments, whereby the Marma-Point-Massage was most effective, particularly with blood circulation disturbances in the lower extremities. A condition was however that before each treatment the Chakren was opened in front and in the back. That should ensure the optimal energy flow.
With many other welfare systems only the front Chakren was opened, in the Drawidic Ayurveda was it however the front and rear. Surprisingly there were at that time already operational interferences, whereby one introduced the Narkose over steams and Marma-Points, whereby side effects could be prevented. But so far it should not actually at all come, since the physicians at that time were paid rather to hold humans in the equilibrium so that it became not even ill.
Just as importantly as the preservation of the equilibrium, was the structuring of the everyday life. It should be put on in accordance with the Doshas, the three constitution types of humans.
One divided into three types :
1. Vata the airy one
2. Pitta the fiery one and
3. Kapha the stable one
Each humans have portions of all 3 Doshas in itself, whereby however a portion prevails. According to these Doshas had humans to live and its everyday life arrange. Early rising and Meditation , correct food , handling along and structure of the working life and the social contacts are further important things, to which a high attention was given and today still becomes.
A completely important component in the today's like ayurvedischen therapy at that time is the correct nutrition.
What do I eat where, when and how?
According to the hinduistischen faith is a vegetarian meal to be preferred. Main meals are to be taken between 12 and 13 o'clock, since then the "Agni", which works digesting fires, most strongly. There are still many other behavior rules to the meal, particularly which concerns their combination. So e.g. fruits may not be mixed with milk.
Many of these rules are naturally on that much are called Indian climate cut. With us other criteria would have to be considered, since we live in completely different climate. Also the different beam of light is an important criterion, since it effect here differently affect our metabolism.
With us it means also:
"humans are which it eat".
A further important component in the Drawidic Ayurveda is mirror-image-ritual consciousness, the Meditation and the faith. There were priests and sound ones and both was responsible for the mental and mental company of humans. This is in the today's time still exactly the same. The religious company is a large source of strength for humans. Rituals by singing, praying and chamfered play a large role and are still natural in the today's India.
In our culture must be gone around naturally differently with topics like mirror-image-ritual consciousness, Meditation and faith. Each patient always is in the system, in which he lives and which again affect it effect, to regard! Also mental conflicts or fears are here different kind than in India. Therefore accordingly different treatment has to take place in the west.
From my 10-year old experience with the ayurvedischen therapy I that all the 6000 years stated above old working methods can say (, spec Massagen, bloom and stone therapies, Meditationen, consciousness and Chakrenarbeit, correct nutrition, Marmapunktbehandlung etc. sweat.) are still highly effective and modified on our western system to be marvelously used can, in order to lead humans again into its mental-mental equilibrium. I could have observed her in my patients, as with high own motivation and joy have cooperated to come again into a good state of health. With it the taken over responsibility for itself, the knowledge over the reasons for the imbalance and over it was crucial that one has nearly all resources in itself, around healthy to ability those Drawidic Ayurveda six thousand years outlasted and their effectiveness is today still exactly the same as at that time
